Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: Please note that we need 3 to 7 days on average to fulfill your order before we ship it out. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, after you pay, we will ship the goods as soon as possible. The delivery time is based on the shipping option you have chosen.

Q: What is the company's return policy?
A: After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
